Terms & Conditions

Use the links below to find the terms for payments, the APAC Admin Awards, tickets, accommodation and the National Roundtable Series.

1. Payments and Cancellations

Payments

Once registered for any of The EA Institute’s services, we will send your tax invoice and confirmation email within 48 hours. If payment is not made at the time of booking, an invoice will be sent which is payable 14 days from the date of booking. All payments must be received by the event date. We reserve the right to refuse admission to the event if payment has not been received.

Payment Plans

By selecting a payment plan, you agree to pay the full course fee in the instalments outlined at the time of purchase. A payment plan is not a subscription and cannot be cancelled once activated.

All instalments are required to be paid in full, regardless of your level of participation, progress, or completion of the course.

Failure to complete the program, changes in personal circumstances, or dissatisfaction with the course content do not constitute grounds for cancellation or release from the agreed payment plan.

If an instalment payment fails, the system will automatically retry. Continued failure to make payments may result in:

    temporary suspension of course access,

    referral to a collections process,

and/or legal recovery of the full outstanding balance.

By entering your payment details, you authorise The EA Institute to charge your nominated payment method for all instalments until the full course fee has been paid.

Refunds are not offered on payment plans unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

Access to the program is granted in full at the time of enrolment, and therefore the full fee becomes payable at that time, regardless of whether a payment plan is used.

Initiating a chargeback does not release you from the agreed payment plan. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with evidence of enrolment, access, participation, communication, and acceptance of these terms.

Payment plans cannot be paused, postponed, or rescheduled without written approval from The EA Institute.

Cancellations, Credits and Substitutions

In the event you are unable to attend the event or service you are registered for, a replacement delegate may be sent or allocated in your place as agreed with the EA Institute at no penalty. Should you wish to cancel your registration, we will provide a full credit to be used for another of The EA Institute’s service or event, provided we receive written notice no later than 7 days from the event.

Your credit must be used within 12 months of the cancelled event/service. No credits will be issued within 7 days of the event/service or in the event of non-attendance on the day. There will be no refunds given, unless cancelled by The EA Institute, where registration fees are fully refundable.
In the event The EA Institute needs to cancel or change the date of an event we will notify you as soon as possible.

The events, information, and speakers listed on our Sites are subject to change without notification.

The EA Institute will endeavour to ensure that services and events advertised at the time of booking is correct. The EA Institute reserves the right to alter the program or venue prior to the event due to circumstances beyond our control, in which case we will update the event webpage as soon as possible. We also reserve the right to cancel or postpone an event due to an unforeseen circumstance, Act of God or other circumstance which would make the running of the event impossible, illegal or impractical. Act of God circumstances include but are not limited to flood, fire, war, extreme weather or other emergencies and the EA Institute will not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from alteration, postponement or cancellation of event/service.
